(Amenorrhea) I rejoice in who I am. I am a beautiful expression of life,, flowing perfectly at all times. I begin loving myself enough to be an adult. Responsibility means the ability to respond, and is the definition of freedom.
(Cramps) I relax and allow my mind to be peaceful. I have nothing to lose by being honest. I express my Self. I make my words match my thoughts so that I will always know where I am in my awareness.
(Dysmenorrhea) I love my body. I love myself. I love all my cycles. All is well.
(Female Problems) I rejoice in my femaleness. I love being a woman. I love my body. I learn the value and power of receiving. I practice listening with all my five senses.
(Menstrual Cramps) I give so that I may receive. I relax and slow down in order to cooperate with others.
(Menstrual Disorders) I accept my full power as a woman, and accept all my bodily processes as normal and natural. I love and approve of myself. The power of receptivity begins with listening, and so I begin.
(Pain) I lovingly release the past. They are free and I am free. All is well in my heart now. I create a purpose for everything I do in order to experience the pleasure of that activity, instead of desiring to ignore what I am doing.
(Premenstrual Syndrome or PMS) I now take charge of my mind and my life. I am a powerful and dynamic woman. Every part of my body functions perfectly. I love myself. I set monthly goals with steps to accomplish each day.
