(Muscles) Represent our ability to move in life.
(Muscle Problems) Resistance to new experiences; straining or forcing, due to holding on to unproductive thoughts; inefficient use of one's energies; need to understand how the mind causes the body to function; retardation of one's actions toward mental creations; refusal to be honest with the Self regarding one's strength or capabilities, including one's capability to cause motion and change.
(Bicep Problems) Identifying with weakness; straining or forcing in regards to the idea of strength one holds, especially when one is afraid that the Self will not be strong enough.
(Deltoid Problems) Pretending to be something other than what one is; need to be honest with one's Self image; trying to prove oneself physically.
(Quadricep Problems) Using force rather than power in order to try to please others; a "showing off" attitude that produces strain on this area, due to the actions one performs.
(Sterno-Mastoid Problems) Identifying with weakness, but pretending to be strong on the outside; emotional restriction, resulting in forced emotional expression.
(Trapezius Problems) Tension regarding the inner desires or the desire to please others; force in terms of forward motion.
(Tricep Problems) Using force rather than power; doing beyond one's true capability.

(Muscles) I experience life as a joyous dance.
(Muscle Problems) I move forward in life. I begin to create my imagined desires. I begin to practice meditation, concentration, memory enhancement, dream interpretation, creative visualization and healing as tools for better understanding my mind.
(Bicep Problems) Real power begins with the mind. Productive and clear thoughts must be present in order for any lasting creation to occur. I visualize my desires each day upon arising.
(Deltoid Problems) The false persona in me is never as good as the real me. I will become the real me. I can only get better!
(Quadricep Problems) I will no longer procrastinate until the last moment. I will no longer expend a lot of energy in order to change events that are already set in place or motion. I respect others.
(Sterno-Mastoid Problems) I admit who I am, and the limit of my present abilities. I begin to move beyond these limits. I cannot move forward so long as I lie or pretend. My forward motion must be built on honesty.
(Trapezius Problems) I will fulfill my desires in order to be truly happy, instead of trying to aid others in finding their happiness. I now decide what it is that I want.
(Tricep Problems) I initiate the steps to my goal each day!
