(Digestive Disorders) I learned from the experience I just had. I use each experience to improve myself and make myself a better person.
(Flatulence) I relax and let life flow through me with ease. I try to discover what can be learned with each new experience that will aid in overcoming the limitations of the past.
(Gas or Gastralgia) I take time to appreciate each moment to the fullest instead of rushing through it just to get it over with.
(Heartburn) I breathe freely and fully. I am safe. I trust the process of life. I imagine my desires being fulfilled. I communicate those desires to others.
(Indigestion) I digest and assimilate all new experiences peacefully and joyfully. I give my full attention to the food I am eating. I give my full attention to the now.
(Stomach Problems) Life agrees with me. I assimilate the new every moment of every day. All is well. I love and approve of myself. It is safe to be who I am. I digest and assimilate all new experiences peacefully and joyously. I am doing the best I can. I am wonderful. I am at peace.
