Ordering Instructions
The following contains important information in order for us to process your order. All of the herbs and related products in our retail catalog are of the freshest and finest quality available. Due to fluctuations in the herb and spice market, prices are subject to change without notice. We strive to make every effort to assist you in any way possible. Thank you!
1. Please print your name, address, phone number and the date your order was mailed on the above form.
2. Please state clearly both the item and the quantity desired. If certain products are available in different forms, be sure to indicate which form you wish to purchase (i.e., Golden Seal Root --- C/S (cut/sifted) or Powder; Chamomile Flowers --- Whole or Powder). In addition, please include the unit price and extended total price for each item ordered.
3. All orders must be prepaid by check or money order. All checks and money orders must be in US funds drawn on a US bank, and should be made payable to Atlantis Rising. Please, no COD's. We also accept direct wire transfers of funds into our bank account when processing orders from foreign countries. An additional $20.00 processing fee must be added to all orders under $500.00. All shipping and handling costs are only estimates, and may be adjusted when necessary.
Customers requiring insurance on their packages should remit an additional $1.00 per each $100. (For Example, if the total order is $250, add an additional $2.50 for the insurance).

4. A credit slip will be enclosed with your order for any out-of-stock items. This credit may be applied to any future orders by including the credit slip with your next order.
